Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive service contract sales for commercial HVAC across the DMV area. You will generate leads, manage existing accounts, and present tailored preventive maintenance and retrofit solutions to commercial, government, and institutional clients.

The role offers on-site work with training in Gaithersburg, MD, a generous base salary, uncapped commissions, a monthly car allowance, and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years sales experience in commercial HVAC
• Ability to fill out spreadsheets to create estimates
• Ability to write detailed proposals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of building and expanding customer base
• Business development and marketing skills
• Valid driver license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass drug test and background screening

Responsibilities

• Meet with existing and potential customers to identify needs and provide solutions
• Develop new accounts through networking and cold calling for service agreements and replacement sales
• Provide a capital replacement budget to clients
• Convert leads into opportunities and track through a sales process
• Provide detailed proposals to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Stay current on trade equipment and technology offerings
• Meet sales revenue and margin goals
• Collaborate with team to advance industry best practices
