Qualifications

• 2+ years coordinating field work or dispatching in a service environment.
• Strong communication with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
• High attention to detail, scheduling, and record keeping.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and field-service tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule field personnel for equipment startups, warranty work, inspections, and other activities.
• Serve as central point of communication between customers, technicians, sales engineers, project managers, manufacturers, and internal departments.
• Review work requests to confirm equipment information, project scope, warranty status, site requirements, and completion dates.
• Assign and dispatch resources based on availability, qualifications, location, and project requirements.
• Ensure technicians receive accurate job details, site contacts, equipment information, and required documentation.
• Create, maintain, and close warranty work orders and startup requests; manage related records.
• Monitor scheduled and open assignments; provide status updates and follow up on incomplete items.
• Review technician reports, warranty information, vendor records, and customer approvals for accuracy.
• Assist with purchase orders, material coordination, invoicing support, cost allocation, and warranty documentation.
• Help resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns affecting completion.
• Maintain organized records for project tracking, billing, and reporting.
