Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a supervisory professional to oversee technicians, schedule workloads, and ensure safety and high-quality service for residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You will mentor staff, support lead generation, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC with formal training, EPA/safety certifications, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional training and 5+ years of HVAC experience with certification required.
• Demonstrated basic leadership skills.
• Ability to train others in technical skills and customer service.
• Must possess valid licensing/certifications as required by regulations for the area.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Advanced HVAC servicing skills and knowledge of related equipment.
• Proficient reading of wiring diagrams, blueprints and troubleshooting electrical/refrigerant/duct systems.
• Ability to read and balance airflow and align belts/pulleys with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to work flexible hours and on-call shifts.
• Able to access HVAC units in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign technicians/crews to maximize productivity and meet customer needs.
• Lead regular meetings; conduct training on performance, sales, customer service and products.
• Assist technicians with major or difficult issues; conduct quality control on completed work.
• Train employees on technical skills, company processes and safety practices.
• Ensure excellent customer service and high customer satisfaction; manage company property and tools.
