Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a supervisor to oversee technicians installing, maintaining, and servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You’ll lead daily staffing, review work, coach staff, and ensure safety and quality.

This role requires 4+ years HVAC experience, leadership, EPA/safety certifications, and a valid driver's license. You’ll coordinate service, installation, and maintenance while supporting the General Manager.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience with technical training certification and 5+ years in the field.
• Demonstrated leadership and the ability to train others in technical skills and customer service.
• EPA and safety certifications required by regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Proficient reading of wiring diagrams and blueprints; ability to troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and helpers on installation, maintenance, and service jobs.
• Schedule and assign crews to maximize productivity and meet customer needs.
• Conduct regular meetings, training on safety, lead generation, and company processes.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety rules and practices.
• Assist with service, maintenance, and installation work as needed.
• Represent the company professionally and manage vehicle and tool inventory.
