Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Houston, TX, seeks a Production/Field Supervisor to oversee field technicians installing, maintaining, and servicing residential HVAC equipment. You will manage staffing, schedule installs, coach employees, ensure safety, and conduct quality checks.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination with managers, and hands-on work when needed. You will supervise paperwork, permits, and inventory, and be available for evenings/weekends to keep

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; HVAC training preferred.
• Five years’ experience in servicing/installing residential HVAC equipment.
• NATE certification/ licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate install availability with managers.
• Manage production schedule and assign technicians/crews.
• Prepare job folders and ensure on-site paperwork and signatures.
• Monitor permits, inventory, and vendor coordination.
• Lead meetings, training, and performance reviews with field staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold safety practices.
