Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Manager, Field Operations to lead the Field Management team, define objectives, priorities and deadlines, and ensure the success of each team member. The role involves coordinating schedules, supervising technicians, and maintaining customer satisfaction while upholding company standards.

The position requires extensive HVAC experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience with supervisory capabilities preferred.
• 6+ years servicing or installing residential HVAC systems.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate install schedules with RSCs and Managers.
• Manage production schedule and assign technicians to maximize productivity.
• Prepare job folders and ensure on-site paperwork and signatures are completed.
