The ideal candidate will have over 5 years in management, a valid MHIC license, and a strong understanding of HVAC systems. Jetson offers competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $115,000 per annum, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a management role, overseeing field teams.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including heat pumps.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily readiness of field teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between the field crew and internal departments.
• Conduct site visits for support and quality assurance.
