Job summary

Jetson is expanding its Nashville market and seeks an experienced Field Operations Manager to support HVAC installation teams. You will bridge field operations and leadership, ensuring readiness, resource allocation, and real-time problem-solving to drive safe, efficient, high-quality installations.

You will coach technicians, enforce safety standards, read blueprints, and collaborate with logistics, procurement, and scheduling to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HVAC install team member and team lead.
• HVAC NATE and Section 608 certification preferred.
• 5+ years in a management role overseeing field teams.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including heat pumps.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
• Excellent English communications and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate readiness of field teams, tools, and parts.
• Liaise between field crew and internal departments.
• Conduct site visits for coaching and QA on active projects.
• Enforce safety standards and code compliance.
• Identify and resolve operational obstacles.
• Conduct pre-install walkthroughs.
• Assess staffing needs based on business inputs.
• Train and mentor field technicians.
• Review installations for quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support warranty investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide performance feedback and evaluations.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine procedures.
