Job summary

Jetson is expanding in the Atlanta market and seeks an extremely motivated HVAC Field Operations Manager to support installation teams, ensure safety, quality, and efficient operations.

You will coordinate tools, vehicles, parts, and documentation; act as liaison between field crew and logistics, procurement, and scheduling; conduct site visits; mentor technicians; ensure codes and OSHA/LOTO standards.

Qualifications

• HVAC install team lead experience required.
• GA CAC Class I Restricted with RME required.
• NATE and 608 certification preferred.
• 5+ years managing field teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily readiness of field teams (tools, equipment, vehicles, parts, documentation).
• Liaise between field crew and logistics, procurement, scheduling.
• Perform site visits for coaching, QA on active installations.
• Enforce safety standards and local codes/regulations.
• Identify and resolve operational obstacles affecting productivity.
• Conduct pre-installation walkthroughs to confirm project parameters.
• Manage staffing needs based on business inputs.
• Train and mentor field technicians to improve workmanship and service.
• Review installations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support warranty investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Provide performance feedback and assist with evaluations.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine procedures and best practices.
