Job summary

Jetson is expanding its Atlanta market and seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to ensure HVAC installation teams are well-supported, trained, and compliant with safety standards. You will coordinate tools, vehicles, parts, and documentation, and coach field technicians for high-quality installations.

You will bridge field operations with logistics, procurement, and scheduling, lead problem-solving, and help develop best practices while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• GA CAC Class I Restricted license required.
• 5+ years in a management role overseeing field teams.
• HVAC NATE and Section 608 certifications preferred.
• Proven experience as HVAC install team lead.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including heat pumps.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily readiness of field teams by coordinating tools, equipment, vehicles, parts, and job documentation.
• Serve as liaison between field crew and internal departments (logistics, procurement, scheduling).
• Visit sites to provide support, coaching, and quality assurance for installs.
