Jetson is seeking a highly motivated Field Operations Manager in White Plains, NY to lead HVAC installation teams, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and coordinate with logistics, procurement and scheduling. The role emphasizes readiness, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in management of field teams, relevant HVAC licenses, EPA 608, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to support rapid growth in residential

Qualifications

• Requires HVAC install team lead experience and strong field leadership.
• Licenses and certifications as listed are required or strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in a management role overseeing field teams.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including heat pumps.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily readiness of field teams with tools, equipment, vehicles, parts, and documentation.
• Act as liaison between field crew and logistics, procurement, and scheduling.
• Conduct site visits for coaching, QA on active projects.
• Enforce safety standards and local codes/regulations.
• Identify operational obstacles and resolve issues affecting productivity and timelines.
• Lead pre-installation walkthroughs and assess project parameters.
• Assess staffing needs based on business inputs.
• Train and mentor field technicians to improve workmanship and service.
• Review installations to ensure quality and customer expectations.
• Support warranty investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide performance feedback and support evaluations of field staff.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine procedures and best practices.
