Job summary

Airtron in Georgia is seeking a Field Supervisor to manage a team of subcontractor craftsmen for HVAC rough-in and trim installations. You will walk jobs, verify readiness, coordinate installation dates with scheduling, and ensure work adheres to plans and safety standards.

You will build relationships with builder supervision, review invoices, schedule inspections, and drive on-site issue resolution. This role requires 3+ years HVAC installation and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC installation experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven track record of effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manages a group of sub-contractor craftsmen (installers and helpers).
• Walk jobs regularly and verifies readiness for both HVAC rough-in and HVAC trim installations.
• Coordinates installation dates with scheduling team and ensures job are ready for installation.
• Check the jobs by phase to assure work is completed.
• Ensure schedule compliance completion of assigned work by Subcontractor installation crews.
