Job summary

Cool Solution Services Inc. in Miami, FL seeks an experienced HVAC Field Manager to lead daily field operations, supervise technicians, and ensure timely, safe project completion. You will drive performance, troubleshoot advanced HVAC systems, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, extensive commercial/residential HVAC experience, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. EPA certification and a valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising HVAC field technicians and teams.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and safety practices.
• EPA certification required and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Proven ability to manage projects and meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC service and installation technicians.
• Schedule and coordinate daily field operations.
• Provide technical support and training to technicians.
• Diagnose complex HVAC systems including RTUs, cooling towers, chillers, heat pumps, VRF, and splits.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and company policies.
