Job summary

Advanced Roofing Inc's Advanced Air Systems division seeks an HVAC Technical Supervisor to oversee field service, coach technicians, and ensure safety and quality across commercial HVAC work.

The role is split 50/50 between office duties and on-site visits in Ft. Lauderdale, requires 5+ years hands-on HVAC experience and a 4-year technical degree; CAD/SketchUp a plus; strong communication skills; valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 4-year technical degree or equivalent
• Over 5 years in the HVAC industry with hands-on experience
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• CAD or SketchUp experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Enforce branch objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Monitor and ensure the quality of commercial HVAC service work through job site visits
• Support customer relationships and assist with issue resolution
• Monitor technician safety and ensure OSHA compliance
• Assist with job scoping and estimating for repairs and maintenance
• Provide technical support to technicians and prepare reports
