The ideal candidate has strong leadership, extensive commercial/residential HVAC experience, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. EPA certification and a valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

Position Overview

Cool Solution Services Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Field Manager to oversee daily field operations, supervise and support technicians, maintain quality control, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive commercial and residential HVAC experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise HVAC service and installation technicians.
• Schedule and coordinate daily field operations.
• Provide technical support and training to technicians.
• Diagnose and assist with complex HVAC systems, including RTUs, cooling towers, chillers, heat pumps, VRF systems, and split systems.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain communication with customers, property managers, and office staff.
• Review completed work orders and verify accuracy.
• Manage project timelines, labor efficiency, and material usage.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and team performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in the field.
