Job summary

NuBlue is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead and develop our field technicians across assignments in the Charlotte area. This hands-on role emphasizes driving revenue, optimizing operations, and preparing technicians for the next level of performance and leadership.

Qualifications

• Field-based role requiring daily travel between job sites.
• Strong focus on achieving revenue goals and improving efficiency.
• Leads, mentors, and develops technicians to higher performance.
• Must adapt quickly and cover for team as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue and production performance in the field.
• Support technicians in the field to convert opportunities into completed work.
• Step in to run service calls or close sales when needed.
• Coach apprentices and new technicians on skills and process execution.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and other Field Supervisors.
