Job summary

EMCOR Services Aircond Corporation in Charlotte, NC seeks a Field Supervisor to manage daily field operations and a small maintenance base. You will split time between technician duties and supervising the team, ensuring safety and efficiency.

You’ll train technicians, perform site safety checks, and coordinate with project managers. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in HVAC field ops with 2+ years in supervision, strong leadership, and fluency in blueprints.

Qualifications

• HVAC field operations experience with a background in supervision.
• Reading blueprints and technical drawings is required.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred, EPA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and balance contractor workload.
• Provide training and technical support to service technicians.
• Perform safety inspections and participate in safety meetings.
• Assist with large quotes and coordination with project managers.
• Fill in for DSM and support BDM with sales activities.
