Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking Facilities Management Service Technicians to maintain restaurant and building equipment across our Hardee’s locations.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and replace equipment, train staff on proper use, and respond to service calls 24/7 in designated areas. Ideal candidates have EPA Type I/II certification or Universal, a valid driver’s license, and at least two years of service/repair experience in commercial equipment.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I & II or Universal certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Repair all equipment and facility items to company standards.
• Maintain and account for truck stock inventory and charges.
• Maintain, secure tools and materials on-site.
• Respond to staffing shortages, new equipment rollouts, emergencies and training.
• Complete administrative requirements using laptop/handheld computer to log calls and repairs.
• Inspect and maintain company van for 24/7 response readiness.
• Communicate with Senior Service Tech as needed.
• Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises professionally.
