Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/ HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to lead a team of technicians and oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across a regional area. You will ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable building operations while collaborating with store managers and external vendors.

Requirements include EPA Certification, PMP or Lean Six Sigma as noted, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Building Maintenance experience.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Leadership skills — able to lead, motivate, and develop others.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving — root cause analysis.
• Customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Travel approximately 50% within the region to oversee maintenance.
• Work with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Perform reporting and analytics related to maintenance.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in training and inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Obtain and schedule inspections and permits as required by codes.
