Job summary

Walmart seeks a dynamic Licensed Manager/ HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance of our facilities within a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring our buildings operate efficiently and safely for our associates and customers.

The role includes travel, maintaining licenses, collaborating with Store Managers and vendors, and providing reporting and analytics on facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Approximately 50% travel within the region and maintaining Mechanical Contractor Licenses in the state of employment.
• Work directly with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility services needs.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Provide reporting and analytics on facility operations.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and ensure compliance with codes and inspections.
• Participate in training programs to stay current with regulatory requirements.
