Qualifications

• 2 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• CPR, First Aid, AED certifications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, members and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on building systems.
• Inspect and maintain building interiors and exteriors to ensure safety and standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage quotes and schedules.
