Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in HVAC maintenance or related field.
• EPA Certification and Journeyman HVAC license are required/preferred per state requirements.
• Proficient in reading schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC/R equipment and related systems.
• Strong communication and safety compliance as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC/R systems.
• Troubleshoot defective HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance: replace filters/belts, clean coils, drain lines, calibrate units.
• Diagnose refrigeration and cooking equipment; improve air quality by cleaning ducts.
• Maintain logs and records; communicate with maintenance team and supervisor.
