Job summary

VASA Fitness in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep clubs safe, functional, and welcoming. You will perform routine inspections, repair equipment, and respond to maintenance requests using a CMMS, collaborating with management.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of maintenance experience, are comfortable with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and possess a valid driver's license. Training and certifications are encouraged, with opportunities for reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred, but training is available.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC issues.
• Experience with CMMS/work order systems and basic project tools.
• Valid driver’s license; occasional use of personal vehicle reimbursed.
• Strong communication, reliability, and ability to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on club equipment and building systems.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Document work done, parts used, and repairs in the CMMS.
• Coordinate with General Manager and vendors as needed.
