Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Equipment Account Executive to sell HVAC equipment offerings to mechanical contractors, designers and engineers in the Indianapolis area.

The role requires building long-term customer relationships, renewing service agreements, and promoting Building Controls in collaboration with the branch sales team. This hybrid role requires onsite presence in Indianapolis, IN with local travel; commuting distance or relocation may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical preferred.
• 5+ years of successful large HVAC Equipment field sales experience.
• Commitment to integrity and quality in business.
• Excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills.

Responsabilités

• Sell Johnson Controls HVAC equipment offerings to contractors and engineers.
• Build long-term customer relationships and manage assigned accounts.
• Renew service agreements and promote Building Controls offerings.
• Lead account teams and coordinate with branch sales to drive opportunities.
• Provide competitive proposals and close sales to achieve targets.
