Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as HVAC Technician.
• S1 or S2 license—or ability to obtain an S license.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be a strong communicator with diverse learners.
• Mentoring mindset with passion for teaching.

Responsabilités

• Deliver accredited instruction in HVAC technologies (theory + application).
• Lead immersive, hands-on training in a fully equipped HVAC lab.
• Assess student progress and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Design lesson plans aligned with current industry standards.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty to elevate program outcomes.
• Coach students toward HVAC certifications and successful entry into the field.
