Lincoln Tech is seeking an HVAC Technician Instructor for our Connecticut campuses in East Windsor, New Britain or Shelton. You will teach HVAC technologies, mentor students, and deliver hands-on training in our modern facilities.

You will develop lesson plans, monitor progress, and prepare students for certification while promoting an engaging learning environment. A passion for teaching and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience.
• S1 or S2 license — or ability to obtain an S license.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.

Responsabilités

• Teach HVAC Technologies following our accredited curriculum.
• Conduct hands-on training in our fully equipped facility.
• Create an engaging learning environment that promotes student growth.
