The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of field experience, a valid S1/S2 license (or the ability to obtain one), and a passion for guiding diverse learners toward industry credentials and career entry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as HVAC Technician.
• S1 or S2 license—or ability to obtain an S license.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be a strong communicator with diverse learners.
• Mentoring mindset with passion for teaching.

Responsibilities
