Job summary

Lincoln Tech Institute in East Windsor, CT, seeks an experienced HVAC Instructor to deliver accredited instruction in HVAC technologies, theory plus hands-on application, in a fully equipped lab. You will design lesson plans, assess student progress, and mentor learners toward industry certifications.

The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, collaboration with faculty, and staying current with industry practices, with a potential sign-on bonus and a 4-day work week option.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an HVAC Technician.
• S1 or S2 license—or the ability to obtain an S license.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Strong communicators who connect with diverse learners.
• Mentors at heart with a passion for teaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accredited instruction in HVAC technologies (theory + application).
• Run immersive hands-on training in a fully outfitted HVAC lab.
