Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking an HVAC Technician Instructor to join our program team in Connecticut, teaching at campuses in East Windsor, New Britain, or Shelton. The role offers both full-time and part-time schedules with a four-day work week and three-day weekends.

You will educate and mentor students with hands-on labs and theoretical training, preparing them for HVAC careers and industry certifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience.
• S1 or S2 license — or the ability to obtain an S license.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Teach HVAC Technologies following our accredited curriculum.
• Conduct hands-on training in our fully equipped facility.
• Create an engaging learning environment that promotes student growth.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with industry standards.
• Stay current with HVAC technologies and practices.
• Collaborate with faculty to improve program effectiveness.
• Prepare students for certification exams and successful careers.
