The role requires 3+ years HVAC experience, relevant licensing or ability to obtain it, and a passion for teaching. A stable, well-established program with opportunities for part-time or full-time work awaits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience.
• S1 or S2 license - or the ability to obtain S license.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.
• 4-day work week with three-day weekends.
• Flexible Schedules: Part-time, Full-time, and Substitute positions available.
• Well-equipped training facility with industry-standard equipment.
• Stability with a well-established institution (75+ years).
