Job summary

Lincoln Tech in Glastonbury, CT, is seeking an HVAC Technician Instructor to educate and mentor students across campuses in East Windsor, New Britain, or Shelton. You will teach with an accredited curriculum, blending hands-on training in fully equipped facilities with classroom theory to prepare graduates for HVAC careers.

Requirements include 3+ years HVAC experience, a valid S1/S2 license or ability to obtain one, and a high school diploma or GED, plus strong communication and mentoring

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years HVAC Technician experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students.

Responsibilities

• Teach HVAC Technologies following accredited curriculum.
• Conduct hands-on training in fully equipped facilities.
