Job summary

Belimo Holding AG is seeking a District Sales Engineer for the Northern California/Northern Nevada region to grow sales across the Belimo product portfolio. You will support Contractors, Distributors, End-Users, and Engineers, leveraging market knowledge and Belimo tools to create specifications and demand.

The role requires 3 years of sales/account management experience, HVAC familiarity, and strong presentation skills. Travel about 50% and collaboration across teams are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales/account management.
• HVAC or related technical field experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and account management skills.
• Ability to work independently from home office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing repeat business through outstanding service and relationship building.
• Develop and drive new business utilizing pull-through sales with End-Users, Consulting Engineers and other non-purchasing accounts.
• Prepare and conduct effective sales presentations and training programs.
• Become a trusted advisor with knowledge of product applications and systems.
• Collaborate with Belimo team to develop and execute growth strategies.
