You will coordinate repairs, track parts, assist with scheduling, process warranty docs, and maintain accurate job records. This is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, with HVAC or service-industry experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years HVAC/Refrigeration dispatching experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work full-time in-office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HVAC and refrigeration repair/service jobs.
• Assist with dispatching and technician scheduling.
• Order and track parts, materials, and equipment.
• Follow up on technician recommendations and repair quotes.
• Prepare estimates and proposals.
• Maintain accurate job records and inventory tracking.
• Process warranty claims and manufacturer documentation.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and field technicians.
• Support billing, office operations, and service management.
• Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
