Cold Tech Refrigeration in Draper, UT is seeking an HVAC Dispatcher to join our in-office team. The role connects technicians, customers, vendors, and internal departments to keep service work moving efficiently.

You will coordinate repairs, track parts, assist with scheduling, process warranty docs, and maintain accurate job records. This is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, with HVAC or service-industry experience.

• 1+ years HVAC/Refrigeration dispatching experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work full-time in-office.

What You’ll Do

As the HVAC Dispatcher, you will serve as a key connection between technicians, customers, vendors, and internal departments.

This role is responsible for coordinating service work, tracking parts and materials, assisting with scheduling and dispatching, processing warranty documentation, and ensuring service jobs move efficiently from start to finish.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in the HVAC or service industry.
