Beutler Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking an Experienced Dispatcher to join our team. The position requires handling technician scheduling, outbound calls to fill the board, and efficient dispatch of service staff. Strong communication and data-entry skills are essential.

We offer competitive wages of $24–$30 per hour based on experience, plus weekly/monthly SPIFFs, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) matching, PTO, holidays, and training. Overtime and adjustments to shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Availability to work a shift between 7am–8pm with overtime and holidays.
• Call center or dispatcher experience is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple appointments.

Responsibilities

• Set and schedule technician appointments for jobs.
• Outbound dialing to fill the board and dispatch efficiently.
• Ensure service technicians are dispatched promptly.
• Answer customer calls and enter data into the system.
• Resolve customer inquiries by phone and outbound calls.
