Responsibilities

• Build and adjust daily technician schedules based on customer needs.
• Dispatch and track service calls from scheduling to completion.
• Communicate appointment times, changes, and next steps to customers.
• Monitor multiple channels and respond to requests promptly.
• Coordinate parts, vendors, and warehouse for on-time service.
• Maintain accurate notes and customer records after calls.
• Work with GSM teams to resolve scheduling and service issues.
• Follow Sundown Rule to inform customers by day end.
