Job summary

Charlotte Heating & Air in Mint Hill, NC is seeking an organized Service Dispatcher to keep our service technicians on track and our customers informed. This Monday–Friday role supports a family-oriented, growth-minded team.

You’ll coordinate schedules, manage on-call rotations, handle invoices and billing data, and ensure accurate customer records while delivering clear communication.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching or administrative/customer service experience.
• Service Titan software experience is required.
• HVAC industry or dispatching experience is highly preferred.
• Extremely organized with strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good geographical knowledge of the Charlotte service area or strong map-reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch service technicians efficiently and maintain their daily schedules.
• Schedule return visits with customers once parts arrive.
• Manage the on-call rotation for technicians.
• Keep the customer database accurate and up to date.
• Communicate clearly with customers about scheduling, lead times, and service updates.
• Work closely with department managers, technicians, and accounting.
• Prepare service invoices and timecards for processing.
• Provide maintenance contract billing information to accounting.
