The successful candidate will manage high-volume dispatch, align technicians by skill and location, and serve as the main liaison with clients to determine actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of dispatching experience.
• Experience in a high-volume service environment.
• Excellent customer service skills in a business-to-business setting.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Proactive, resourceful, and goal-oriented mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch technicians for scheduled maintenance, emergency, and routine service calls.
• Assign technicians based on skill set, availability, and geographic location.
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and clients to assess service needs and determine appropriate actions.
• Ensure all service requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal staff.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
