Our client is a mechanical contractor specializing in commercial and high-rise residential projects across New York City. They’re looking for an organised HVAC Dispatcher to coordinate service calls, support field technicians, and keep customers informed throughout the day.

You’ll manage the daily schedule, match technicians to service needs, and respond to changing priorities. This is a hands‑on role for someone who communicates clearly, stays calm under pressure, and can keep several tasks moving at once.
