Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide primary dispatching, scheduling, and administrative support for HVAC field personnel.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and direct requests to the appropriate employee.
• Schedule and dispatch service calls, maintenance, and installations based on priorities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, work orders, and service histories in the HVAC software platform.
• Serve as a resource for users of the HVAC software platform and support implementation and training.
• Support other Valley Wide locations as the software platform expands.
• Prepare and maintain reports and schedules as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee, customer, and company information.
