Qualifications

• What You Need: Dispatch, scheduling, or call center experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems

Responsibilities

• Dispatch HVAC installers efficiently to meet customer appointment times
• Manage incoming service requests and schedule heating and air conditioning service calls
• Coordinate technician routing and job assignments to maximize efficiency
• Monitor call flow through the HVAC platform and dispatch system
• Communicate with technicians and customers to provide updates on HVAC install appointments
• Support field teams by adjusting schedules and resolving routing issues
• Maintain accurate service scheduling and productivity of technicians
