In this role you’ll work closely with regional managers to optimize dispatch, track service history, and ensure accurate data entry. A fast-paced, office-based environment awaits with meaningful growth opportunities.

• Strong Excel skills and data handling ability.

• Clear written and verbal communication with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate real-time dispatch boards and schedule technicians.
• Communicate updates to customers, technicians, and management.
• Track service history and customer communications in the database.
• Coordinate daily schedules for efficiency and timely completion.
• Verify technician check-ins/outs and IVR compliance.
• Ensure technicians have parts and POs to complete jobs.
