Job summary

Airtron is seeking a Dispatcher at our Dallas location to schedule and dispatch field service technicians to residential customers. You will partner with customer service and management and handle related administrative tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in an office setting serving customers by phone, strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), and excellent written and verbal English communication. overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of office experience with customer phone support.
• General computer competency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Effective English communication, both written and spoken.
• Overtime and weekend hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Route service calls and provide scheduling advice to technicians and customers.
• Communicate with customer service representatives, technicians, and management.
• Provide administrative support to other Service departments.
• Answer phones, schedule customers, and handle inquiries.
• Data entry via emails, texts, and other tools to route resources efficiently.
• Maintain customer relations and address claims in line with consumer laws.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
