Job summary

You will manage technician routing in ServiceTitan, handle shipments and warranty claims, and coordinate daily admin tasks to support our service teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years dispatch or scheduling experience and a proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of dispatching or admin scheduling experience.
• Experience in HVAC or home services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technicians' daily schedules and route optimizations using ServiceTitan.
• Dispatch based on location, availability, skill, and priority.
• Receive, inspect, log, and organize incoming parts and equipment.
• Process warranty claims and equipment registrations.
• Pull permits and support general admin workflow.
• Communicate schedule updates to technicians.
• Maintain job data and technician statuses in ServiceTitan.
• Oversee office coordination and inventory control.
• Support field operations with additional duties.
