Qualifications

• Previous dispatching experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish-English communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily routing for 20–25 field technicians as the Dispatcher.
• Create and adjust technician schedules to maximize efficiency and customer service.
• Monitor technician progress, job completion status, and service schedules throughout the day.
• Update notes, service information, and operational details within company systems.
• Communicate with technicians, internal departments, and customers to ensure smooth service operations.
• Assist with prioritizing service calls, schedule adjustments, and operational support.
