Qualifications

• Previous dispatching experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish-English communication skills are a plus.
• HVAC, service industry, or field operations experience is a plus.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily routing for field technicians.
• Create and adjust technician schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor progress, job completion status, and service schedules.
• Update notes and service information in systems.
• Communicate with technicians, internal departments, and customers.
