Uplifting Air in Florida is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our growing team. You will answer inbound calls, schedule service appointments, and dispatch HVAC technicians to jobs.

You will use FieldEdge and QuickBooks to input job details, manage daily schedules, and ensure timely service delivery while delivering outstanding customer service with a professional, friendly attitude. This role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or dispatching within the HVAC or home services industry.
• Strong working knowledge of FieldEdge and QuickBooks (preferred).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
• A team player with a positive attitude and high attention to detail.
