$22–$27/Hour + Bonus Opportunities | Reading, MA

Cooling Unlimited has been serving customers throughout Middlesex County since 1986. We're looking for a dependable, organized HVAC Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to help keep our customers, technicians, and daily schedules moving in the right direction.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused position where you'll be the first point of contact for customers while also helping coordinate the field team. You'll balance incoming calls, appointment scheduling, technician communication, and customer follow-up throughout the day.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Answer incoming customer calls and determine the appropriate next steps
• Schedule HVAC service and maintenance appointments
• Coordinate technician schedules and daily routes
• Communicate appointment updates between customers and field technicians
• Prioritize urgent service requests and adjust schedules as needed
• Follow up with customers regarding completed service and future needs
• Help promote maintenance agreements and support customer retention
• Complete general administrative and office support duties

What We're Looking For

• 1–2+ years of experience in customer service, dispatch, call center, inside sales, or a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and frequent schedule changes
• Confident using computers and common office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Typing speed of 30+ WPM
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership when things get busy

Experience That Will Help You Stand Out

• Background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another skilled trade
• Previous experience coordinating technicians or service appointments
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or comparable scheduling/dispatch software
• Inside sales or customer retention experience

Pay: $22–$27 hourly, depending on experience; with bonus opportunities

Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
