Job summary

Baker Distributing Company seeks a dependable HVAC Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to safely deliver HVAC products to customers and Sales Centers. The role also includes loading/unloading, warehouse support, and maintaining safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of truck driving experience, and strong customer service skills. CDL is preferred but not required.

• Deliver HVAC products safely and efficiently to customers and Sales Centers.
• Load and unload truck daily; maintain a clean, organized truck and workspace.
• Collect invoices with signatures and return to Sales Center Manager.
• Assist in warehouse tasks: inventory counts, picking and verifying orders.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE; report hazards or incidents.
