Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Product Training Specialist to deliver technical training to HVAC technicians on operation, maintenance, and repair of applied systems. The role supports learning solutions, designs materials, and mentors labs and instructional equipment while partnering with internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in commercial HVAC, 2+ years delivering technical instruction, and is proficient with instructional technology and Totara LMS. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4+ years of commercial HVAC industry experience including installation, operation, maintenance, or service
• 2+ years of experience delivering technical instruction with technical aptitude and effective use of instructional technology
• Travel up to 30% is required

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop learning solutions
• Design, maintain, and deliver training materials including presentations and microlearning videos
• Support Totara LMS enrollment, virtual facilitation and issue resolution
• Maintain training records and schedules in the LMS
• Monitor learning trends and benchmark best practices
• Support maintenance and readiness of training labs and equipment
